I feel like the winter season lends itself to rosemary. Not only is it the last herb left in my garden, it’s warming and drying energy can be a gift in the cold and wet months of winter. Used in this bath salt, it brings its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory actions to your bath water, making it perfect to use at the end of a long day. As if that’s not enough, rosemary is also known to be a friend to the nervous system and cardiovascular system, making it helpful in easing headaches caused by nervous tension. The celtic sea salt and epsom salts are great at drawing out toxins from our bodies and providing magnesium, which helps soothe tired, sore muscles. And last, but certainly not least is the lavender. Always there for us, helping us breath, relax, and smile.
